Colin Fehlmann is currently preparing himself for the second semester of his Master’s studies. After successfully completing the Bachelor of Law degree he has been studying with a focus on international private and procedural law. Colin discovered his passion for international cases already at the beginning of his learnings at the University of Bern. That is also why he’s currently working as a junior assistant at the institute for international private and procedural law. Furthermore, he is member of the Board of the Student Council since 2017 and has newly become a member of the communal council of Porza (Canton Ticino). In his spare time Colin often travels to Geneva and Lugano to meet with his family and friends. He also sings as a tenor in the choir of the University of Bern, goes jogging and enjoys playing the piano. Colin is truly grateful for having the unique opportunity to gather international
experiences by participating in the Vienna Moot Court.
Colin Fehlmann bereitet sich zur Zeit auf das zweite Semester des Masterstudiums vor. Seit erfolgreichem Abschluss des Bachelors of Law studiert er mit einem Schwerpunkt im internationalen Privatrecht und Verfahrensrecht. Sein besonderes Interesse für internationale Sachverhalte hat Colin schon seit Anfang seines Studiums an der Universität Bern erkannt. Entsprechend ist er auch als Hilfsassistent am Institut für internationales Privatrecht und Verfahrensrecht tätig. Ausserdem ist Colin schon seit 2017 Vorstandsmitglied der Fachschaft Jus und seit kurzem Gemeinderatsmitglied von Porza (Kanton Tessin). In seiner Freizeit reist Colin immer gerne nach Genf und Lugano, wo er Zeit mit seiner Familie und seinen Freunden verbringt. In Bern singt er als Tenor im Chor der Universität Bern, geht joggen und spielt gerne Klavier. Colin schätzt es sehr und erachtet es als einmalige Gelegenheit im Rahmen des Vienna Moot Courts internationale Erfahrungen sammeln zu können.
